Payment for accommodation reserved directly by Target Conferences is to be made in full at time of booking.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Up to 31 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges.
As of 30 days prior to arrival - cancellation fee - 50% of charge.
On-site changes (reduction in number of nights reserved will not be refunded)
Any changes made to your original booking (cancelling nights, but not entire reservation) will incur a US$ 40 service fee.
